@Talk2Windstream Fortunately it was resolved quickly once I called in! But it kind of stinks to get the first reply to a loss-of-service query more than eleven hours later. I know you all are doing the best you can. But please tell whatever suit oversees your department (1/2)

@NJacobsonFarms @Qconnealy19 @sf28430 That’s my Verizon service and hotspot in shop, have windstream in the house, it’s 21-24 down 2-4 up. Limited data on Verizon so had to get windstream for unlimited last spring so kids could do virtual schooling.

@Talk2Windstream Hi. Our internet (Kinetic) seems to be down. GigaPoint shows no light for Broadband (or Service). Power light is on and solid. (Have rebooted that and router.) Very new customer, anything more I can do?

It's sad when a company like @Windstream charges the customer for their error. The bad part is half the time my internet doesn't even work. #Frutrated #Venting

@Talk2Windstream My husband and I are patient people, but we have been trying to move our service to our new home since the end of Oct. We were stood up THREE times, and someone just texted a cancellation for tomorrow's install. That's FOUR! I work from home and need service.

@Talk2Windstream @Windstream Thank you but no point you never fix anything my internet has been bad for over a year and you still haven't fixed it. Today I was charged a service charge for paying my bill because your automation and website would not allow me to post payment.

Nice. Just received a data breach notification from @Windstream. Been well over a decade since I was a customer, so of course they retained my PII so somebody could get it.

@Tauss_srgl @BVDGRRL Windstream isn't much better but at least after 2 years of deadline extensions and "gibe money pls" they FINALLY managed fiber-to-node out to my parents, and only because dad already had 4 twisted pair cable run to the house. Voice service is still **** quality and unreliable.
